Sexual Offences

The sexual offences are stated as “Crimes Against Sexual Immunity”  in the Turkish Penal Code (TCK); It is regulated under the headings of Sexual Assault (Article 102), Sexual Abuse of Children (Article 103), Sexual Intercourse with a Minor (Article 104), and Sexual Harassment (Article 105).

In this context, following judicial interview with the victim and/or suspect/defendant; physical examination collecting evidence and the analysis of the collected evidence are reported based on the evidence.
