• provide prompt and reliable laboratory services adhering to the principle of impartiality and confidentiality.
• provide reproducible test results by acting in accordance with scientific and ethical principles.
• implement of Laboratory Management System in line with the protecting the information and rights of the service recipient
• ensure significant efforts for continually improve effectiveness based on the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and to pass through regular review.
• ensure all testing activities are always carried out in accordance with relevant National/International standards

The Laboratory has been accredited:

• • By TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality management System in 2019
  • By INTERPOL (the International Criminal Police Organization) in 2019
  • The laboratory currently is in the process of creating ISO 17025:2017 Quality Management System
